CEO
In 2000, we enthusiastically launched this company, which continues to grow and move forward year after year. Since my early days at Canal Sur TV, I have witnessed how television changes every day, and my ongoing challenge is to ensure that ATM Broadcast adapts and innovates with new technologies. Over the years, we have experienced the transition from analog to digital, from SD to HD, and now to 4K… but at ATM Broadcast, we always invest and commit to ensuring that our services meet the quality standards demanded by this market. We have produced major international events such as the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa and the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany, the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, and the World Series by Renault; we designed and produced Spain’s first televised poker show; and we’ve handled countless productions for international events… these are just a few examples of what makes ATM Broadcast your custom audiovisual service provider.
Javier Machín
Sales Director
I’ve been involved in the audiovisual industry for over 30 years. I began my career at a very young age at my family’s production company. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to work in nearly every department—Technical, Production, and Sales—which has given me a wealth of experience and a thorough understanding of all the processes involved in companies within the sector. In addition, I’ve been fortunate to work at the leading service companies in Spain’s audiovisual sector, and thanks to that, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the industry, as well as the different ways each company operates. Now I’m fortunate to be part of ATM Broadcast, a leader in the sector with a great team, and I’m confident this will lead to further professional growth.
Israel Pérez
Technical Director
I began my professional career in the audiovisual industry in 1995 as a technical manager, overseeing both technical and operational aspects. Gradually, I developed skills in the sector and began specializing in other areas such as the design, construction, and commissioning of technical equipment for production centers, mobile television units, and SNGs, among others. My relationship with ATM Broadcast dates back to its inception; I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with the company on numerous occasions, both directly and indirectly. Today, I’m part of its staff; I share the management’s vision and value the opportunity to take on new challenges. Drawing on my experience, I strive every day to raise the standard of quality we provide to our clients through our services.
Laura Lozano
Production Director
I have been in the audiovisual industry for over 20 years. During this time I have developed a multidisciplinary skill set by working at several major companies in the sector and gaining experience in film and documentary production. Since joining ATM Broadcast, my personal and professional growth has increased exponentially thanks to the hard work and dedication of the entire team, who make every stage at the company a challenge to overcome. Constant innovation and adaptation to new technologies in the industry are part of the ongoing training at ATM Broadcast. Providing professional, high-quality services without losing our energy and enthusiasm are the main goals we strive to achieve every day.
Raquel París
Prodution Manager
I began my professional career in the audiovisual industry in 1999. Early in my career, I gained extensive experience coordinating live broadcasts for international news programs and producing special events. In 2007, I joined the team at ATM Broadcast, where I was responsible for managing and coordinating the Production Department. Here, I’ve learned new ways of working and, above all, developed a client-focused approach that my previous jobs didn’t allow for, in addition to gaining a deeper understanding of the audiovisual sector. I consider ATM Broadcast to be a big family, where we all help each other to achieve the best results. If I had to define working in the television industry, based on my personal experience, I would sum it up in three words: fast-paced, absorbing, and exciting. In short, every day is new and different; every day there is something new to learn.
Francisco Moreno
IT Consultant
Before joining ATM Broadcast (2011), I had worked for more than 10 years in the telecommunications sector, always focused on the design of new solutions, their development, and subsequent implementation. At that time, I would say I was a “newcomer” to the audiovisual industry—an industry that I find fascinating and, above all, one that teaches me something new every day. The innovation and constant adaptation to change that characterize ATM Broadcast are what motivate me every day.
Rocío González
Head of Administration
I began my career in the administrative department of an insurance brokerage. I then gained experience in the construction industry. In 2008, I moved to Madrid and started working at ATM Broadcast. Since then, ATM has become my home, where I’ve gained extensive knowledge and learned a great deal about the magical world of television. Here, I’ve learned that hard work pays off—I started as an assistant, and today I head the Administration Department.
